Leadership Somerset is a twelve month program that encourages individuals who live or work in Somerset County, New Jersey, to become trustees and leadership resources for their communities.

The mission of Leadership Somerset is to prepare citizens of diverse backgrounds for civic leadership through interactive discussions with community leaders, the exploration of issues affecting our neighborhoods, and by identifying resources that are dedicated to helping address those issues.
