"10 Gallons in 10 Weeks" Blood Drive Leadership Somerset is a scholarship program that encourages individuals who live or work in Somerset County, New Jersey to become trustees of their communities and leadership resources as they work for the common good. The mission of Leadership Somerset is to prepare citizens of diverse backgrounds for civic leadership through education and exploration of the issues affecting our communities and the resources available to address those issues. Leadership Somerset’s goal is to create an active network of informed, concerned citizens to guide the future of their communities. Working and learning together, participants enhance their leadership skills while broadening their knowledge of community issues. Leadership Somerset encourages people to become trustees of their communities, to become leadership resources as they work for the common good.
